Becoming a Part of the Spearhead of Revival and Reformation in the Nations of the World
Becoming a part of this Apostolic-Prophetic Company is more than just being a part of a community of ministries or receiving support and resources. It is about being a part of a movement seeking to spearhead moves of GOD around the world that will transform all facets of society. In order to be a part of this movement it will require each of the ministers and their ministries to operate in the new wine truths the LORD is making known to HIS Body. This in no way is negating the solid Biblical foundations regarding the truth of the Church which it has been established on. It is however an understanding of the fact all revelation is progressive and unfolding. The Bible says we know in part. This means we aren’t changing these solid Biblical doctrines but we are either going deeper, adjusting them in light of deeper insight in Scriptures and bringing them along side of the truths being restored that were not practiced or known because we didn’t have revelation of them. In all these incidences the intent of the heart is to be as true to the Biblical standard as possible. Our goal isn’t to advance close to man’s understanding of the Biblical standard but rather to what the HOLY SPIRIT is revealing in our day and our generation. This means we are going to have to change if we want to manifest the Kingdom in our cities and nations in a way the power of darkness will be stopped and the people of GOD come into their fullness. There are four steps we believe are important to be a part of what we are seeing: 

1. Get an understanding of what this movement is all about 

The Bible says with all your getting get an understanding (Proverbs 4:7). We want each leader and ministry group to have an understanding of what we are accomplishing and the ways we are attempting to accomplish. This will allow us to all work toward the same vision. Our vision and mission is broad enough to encompass a variety of different individual visions and mission as long as they are in the same vein. If what they are going after and doing on a daily basis will allow them to bring forth the principles of this reformation and manifest the Kingdom of GOD to transform society we can work together. We have provided a thorough understanding of our philosophies, principles and methods of bringing reformation and transformation in the prospectus you are reading. A very important part of understanding what’s going on at the RTTN is experiencing it. If it impacts you, if it changes you then it will be something you can release into your sphere of influence as a leader and impact those in your sphere. 2. Count the cost of becoming a part of this Apostolic-Prophetic Company 

JESUS said what man builds a house and doesn’t count the cost. When we say cost we are talking about two things. The first one is whether this is something worth the changes and the work required to have and manifest. Secondly, the requirements for being a part of something and whether you are able and willing to take on. The second enables the first meaning the requirements are important to producing the desired result. The requirements aren’t just some random collection of rules and guidelines but are the very framework for accomplishing our mission and realizing our vision. We want to provide you with the protocol and guidelines for being a part of this Apostolic-Prophetic Company as a way to help you understand what we are all about and how you can accurately be a part of that. We also will be providing you with an interview with one of our SYNC leaders.

3. Commit to move in the stream of this movement 

Now that a Leader has experienced the movement, understood what we are all about and the guidelines for being a part they then will decide whether to commit to move in this stream. There are two options they can choose. The first is they may choose to join the RTTN Ministerial Alliance as a ministry leader. This will allow them to receive the individual coaching and leadership for helping them move into becoming a new wineskin leader. The second is they may choose to have their entire ministry become a part of the RTTN Spearhead Company. This will allow them to receive the benefits of the first option and their ministries will also be eligible for all the resources and systems we make available to those who are a part of the Company of ministries spearheading movements around the world.

1. Get immersed in the culture and teachings.
   After each Leader and or ministry has become a part of the RTTN Company of Ministries they will go through an orientation we call New Vine Training. This is training from SYNC designed to get each person and ministry leadership team acclimated to the culture and new wine truths we are living out. This training will be hosted on our secured site and will be accompanied with a manual for them to go through. There will also be a monthly meeting via video conference for all the New Vine Trainees. The other part of our training is what we call Immerse. This is a type of training in which each leader and leadership team is immersed in the culture of the ministry by either going to an immerse weekend at one of the Missions Bases hosting it or by having a team come to their site and take it through a week-long experiential learning that will allow them to be immersed in the River.

2. Receive the support and mentorship
   Each Leader and their team will have access to the SYNC resources to help them develop and grow in the new culture and environment they are experiencing. There are a variety of different resources and tools for different levels of leaders and Kingdom workers. It is our goal to provide and connect them with cutting edge tools and resources to enhance their transformation. Most of these tools are offered free of charge. There are books and CD’s and other teaching/training resources (Conferences, workshops, certification programs etc.) which have a price but are discounted for members of the Ministerial Alliance and Spearhead Company of Ministries. Beside tools and resources SYNC also has ministry coaches to help move each ministry into position to do what GOD has called it to do in its sphere of influence. We are here to support you in a every way possible to help you get to the next level and see that you are effective in your charge to transform society in your region and sphere of influence.

3. Spearhead a move of the SPIRIT in your region
   Our vision and mandate is to spearhead Apostolic-Prophetic movements all over society. You are a part of this. Spearheading a movement is like deciding you are going to have a baby, getting pregnant, carrying it to term and having it and then raising it until its full grown. We want to support and be a part of helping you see the full manifestation of your desire to see your nation and region taken for JESUS. Applying the principles and using the resources will help you start this move of GOD. You will start seeing the Kingdom of GOD manifest more and more as you grow and develop in the new truths you have received through SYNC.

Ministerial Alliance 

These are the Senior Ministry leaders who have made a decision to start the journey toward Apostolic-Prophetic Foundations. They are ready to get equipped and learn about how to become a new wineskin leader. They will be a part of the Vat or the wine pool. They will be exposed to other leaders in the same stage of development as well as Senior Ministry leaders who are leading movements to spearhead Apostolic-Prophetic movements around the world. It is a great place to start out, survey the movement and acquire the individual tools and resources for becoming a new wineskin leader. 

RTTN Spearhead Company 

These are the Senior Ministry leaders and their ministries who have made a decision to receive the Apostolic-Prophetic foundations in its entirety and want to spearhead a move of GOD in their region and national sphere of influence. They are ready to move their entire ministry into position to be reformed and to manifest the Kingdom in a way which will bring community transformation. They will receive all the tools and resources that will equip both their leaders and their ministry communities. It is a great place to receive the full benefit of the anointing flowing from the Apostles A.B. and Sandrina Harris as well as be a part of Company and Community of ministries who are reforming the church and transforming the world.
